IT'S TIME FOR RECUPERATE OLD MOVIES ?

Watching english movies it's an amazing way to learn , anyway some people reported me that there

is some negative aspects in there, let's see what are these issue and try to fild some solutions :

 A) Some people complain about that movies are too much long and after half and hour them start to loss focus , ok , could be right , but the solution is very simple , take a movie that it's not more long of ninety minutes and split it in three parts , watch only thirty minutes at day. One other option could be watching TV series instead of movies , usually a single episode not during more of half and hour.
B) Learn with movies can be very expensive , well , this could be true if you buy new movies , but surfing on the web I found a lot of 2010 movies selled from 3 to 4 $ , not so much , one other more cheap way could be rent movies , also if probably not in all the dvd there is the possibily to choose language and subtitles. Netflix it's one other option , is a american provider
of on demand internet streaming media , you can watch movies and tv shown anityme , anywere for a low monthly price , unfortunately this service is still not avaible for all the country, for now only in America , UK , Denmark , Finland , Ireland , Netherlands , Norway ,Sweden and very soon in France , Belgium , Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria , there are good chances that the service can arrive also here in Italy and in other parts of the world in the 2015.
C ) Movies are hard to understand because actors use slang and talk with a strange jargon , also this is true , infact depend of the actor still I need to subtitles for understand , there are many actors which I don't have any problem to catch the words when them talk , for example Jean Claude Van Damme , Scott Adkins , Kate Beckinsale , but some are very tricky , for example if you are able to understand Silvester Stallone without subtitles you are a monster , lol . So , in the beginning the best thing that you can do is watching only movies where the main actor speaks in a more understendable english , but the best option in my opinion are old movies, this month I watched some classic horror movies of the 1986 , if you comparing the way that actors talked in english thirty years ago with nowdays , probably you will find that old movies are more understandable for you , because talked more slowly and with a simple english ,this is a language in continuos evolution , so right now after thirty years people talk faster and more slang are used. So , we should acknowledge that learn by movies could be not so tricky or expensive as many people think.
